* Add a new keyboard Scythe.

* Update info.json.

* Use pragma once.

* Comment out IS_COMMAND macro.

* Remove DISABLE_JTAG definition.

* Remove unnecessary backslashes.

* Change layer defines to enum.

* Remove dead code.

* Fix typo(RGBLIGHT_SPLIT).

* Change BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE to "lite".

* Remove unnecessary keys.
